Bagaer is an innovative baggage registration and tracking service designed to ensure the security and integrity of passengers' bags in a simple, accessible, and efficient way. The platform allows anyone, even without advanced technical knowledge, to register detailed information about their baggage with complete technical and legal confidence, from the moment of registration to delivery. Users interact directly with the Bagaer app interface to register and generate authentic, encrypted, and secure digital documents, ensuring the ownership, integrity, and tracking of their baggage (with the help of the purchased tracker).

From a technical standpoint, Bagaer was developed based on forensic practices recommended by international standards, such as ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 27037:2013, which refer to the methods required to ensure reliable collection and preservation of digital evidence. The platform uses exclusive technology that prevents data tampering, ensuring that all baggage information, such as registration documents, is collected, stored, and preserved securely and immutably. This process is validated by technical opinions from specialized companies, and all evidence generated by Bagaer is digitally signed by ICP/Brasil and GlobalSign immediately after collection, preventing any subsequent undetected alteration.

In legal terms, Bagaer strictly follows the guidelines established for the chain of custody of evidence, as per Article 158-A of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure (CPP), in addition to meeting the legal requirements for document authentication, using the Digital Certification from Global Sign (International) and ICP/Brasil (Brazil). This certification, regulated by Provisional Measure No. 2.200-2/2001, ensures that documents generated by Bagaer are legally recognized and can be used as evidence in legal proceedings, in accordance with Articles 411-II/CPC and 369 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which recognize the validity of digital evidence in various circumstances.
