Exclusion Policy

Account deleting on the Bagaer app can be requested directly by the user within the app.

How to delete your account:

  1. Access the Bagaer app with your account;

  2. Tap on the profile icon (bottom right corner);

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page;

  4. Tap on the “Delete account” option;

  5. Confirm the deletion.

What happens after:

  • All your account data (such as name, email, baggage history, documents, and preferences) will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • This action is irreversible. It is not possible to recover the data after deleted.

  • If you wish to use Bagaer again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.

Retained data:

  • No personal data is retained after deletion, except for information required by law (e.g., tax records, if applicable), which may be stored for up to 180 days, solely for legal and auditing purposes.
