How does it work?

It all starts with  downloading the free Bagaer app, available anywhere in the world.

You can choose between two protection modes:

Detailed Registration (Average time: 7 minutes)

Ideal for those who want maximum security. The process can be done at home, at a hotel, or even at the airport:

  1. Enter your flight number and travel date.

  2. Upload or take a photo of your boarding pass.

  3. Take up to 4 photos of your luggage from different angles.

  4. Record a complete video of your luggage.

  5. Describe the items and characteristics (such as color, brand, lock, tags, etc.).

  6. At the airport, when checking in:

    1. Take a photo or video of your luggage already tagged on the scale.

    2. Enter the weight in kg or lb.

  7. Finish by clicking on “Authenticate.”

This automatically generates a unique digital seal containing:

  • QR Code​

  • Complete flight detail

  • Document numbe

  • Airline logo

  • Date and time of authentication

Quick Registration (Average time: less than 3 minutes)

Ideal for those in a hurry. Done directly at the time of check-in:

  1. Scan your luggage on the scale with the label already attached.

  2. Click on “Authenticate.”

Done! Your digital seal will be available in seconds.
